• Between the months of November thru March the dumpster must be placed on the resident's driveway to allow for snowplows.
• Green waste dumpsters must be located on the resident's property year round.  
• For residential use only, no contractors, or business.
• Residents may only schedule a dumpster every 120 days.

2. To receive the maximum benefit of the city-wide service and to protect the public health, residents are required to follow the following rules: 

• Dumpsters shall be used only for yard debris (tree limbs, grass clippings, etc.) building materials, and household items     
• Toxic, hazardous, flammable materials, tires, batteries, and large amounts of concrete are unacceptable. 
• Dumpsters should not be overloaded; any spillage from the dumpster is the resident's responsibility to clean up.
• The city and contractor are released from any and all liability for damages resulting from city or contractor equipment or personnel being on private property to deliver and remove the requested dumpsters and any injuries incurred by individuals using the dumpsters or damage done to the dumpsters while they are on private property. 
• The city and contractor shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement or subsurface materials of any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted.
• All court cost and attorney's fees incurred in the event of legal action to enforce any term and condition of this agreement will be the responsibility of signee. 

3. How do I schedule to have a dumpster delivered?

Visit Public Works 8030 South 4000 West, 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday (with the exception of city holidays) to sign the application and pick a date for delivery or download the applicaton, sign and fax to 801-569-5709.
