The City Clerk is the Record's Office for the City. The City Council minutes, adopted Ordinances, Resolutions, contract documents, etc., are available in the Clerk's Office. If you have a request for a specific document from any Department in the City, you may download and print the "GRAMA Records Request" form, or contact the Clerk's Office at 801-569-5115 to request a form.
